January 2017: We responded 11 times. Our average response time was 6.36 minutes

February 2017: We responded 7 times. Our average response time was 9.85 minutes

March 2017: We responded 12 times. Our average response time was 6.83 minutes

April 2017: We responded 8 times. Our average response time was 7.14 minutes

May 2017: We responded 7 times. Our average response time was 6.71 minutes

Call Statistics 2015

In 2015 the group responded 186 times. Our average response time was 7.98 minutes.

 

December 2015: We responded 10 times. Our average response time was 9.4 minutes

November 2015: We responded 12 times. Our average response time was 8.7 minutes

October 2015:  We responded 10 times. Our average response time was 8.5 minutes.

September 2015:  We responded 3 times. Our average response time was 4.66 minutes.

August 2015:  We responded 12 times. Our average response time was 7.10 minutes.

July 2015:  We responded 10 times. Our average response time was 6.25 minutes.

June 2015:  We responded 23 times. Our average response time was 6.45 minutes.

May 2015:  We responded 12 times. Our average response time was 9.03 minutes.

April 2015:  We responded  16 times. Our average response time was 10.64  minutes.

March 2015:  We responded 34 times. Our average response time was 8.07 minutes.

February 2015:  We responded 12 times. Our average response time was 6.08 minutes.

January 2015:  We responded 15 times. Our average response time was 7.05 minutes.

In 2014 the group responded 200 times. Our average response time was 7.61 minutes.

 

December 2014: We responded 20 times. Our average response time was 8.50 minutes

November 2014: We responded 17 times. Our average response time was 7.51 minutes

October 2014: We responded 16 times. Our average response time was 7.40 minutes

September 2014: We responded 3 times. Our average response time was 7.65 minutes – another very healthy month!

August 2014: We responded 12 times. Our average response time was 7.10 minutes – a healthy month!

July 2014: We responded 21 times. Our average response time was 8.45 minutes.

June 2014: We responded 18 times. Our average response time was 7.7 minutes.

May 2014:  We responded 24 times. Our average response time was 6.68 minutes. Over 2,000 CFRs across the region give up their spare time to respond to 999 calls. In May alone, they responded to over 3,000 patients equating to 4% of West Midlands’ emergency calls.

 April 2014:  We responded 19 times. Our average response time was 6.82 minutes.

 March 2014:  We responded 14 times. Our average response time was 10.54 minutes. It is perhaps worth pointing out that the response time to Uttoxeter has gone up due to the traffic lights at JCB.

February 2014:  We responded 17 times. Our average response time was 5.64 minutes.

January 2014:  We responded 17 times. Our average response time was 9.87 minutes.
