**May 2014: ** We responded 24 times. Our average response time was 6.68 minutes. Over 2,000 CFRs across the region give up their spare time to respond to 999 calls. In May alone, they responded to over 3,000 patients equating to 4% of West Midlands’ emergency calls.

** March 2014: ** We responded 14 times. Our average response time was 10.54 minutes. It is perhaps worth pointing out that the response time to Uttoxeter has gone up due to the traffic lights at JCB.
